| I have obtained the fruits of my mind's desires. |

| O Saints, without Him, there is no other at all. |

| ਕਰਣ ਕਾਰਣ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਸੋਈ ॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ |

| He is God, the Cause of causes. ||Pause|| |

| ਪ੍ਰਭਿ ਅਪਨੈ ਵਰ ਦੀਨੇ ॥ |
| prabh apanai var dheenae || |
| My God has given me His Blessing. |

| ਸਗਲ ਜੀਅ ਵਸਿ ਕੀਨੇ ॥ |
| sagal jeea vas keenae || |
| He has made all creatures subject to me. |
|
| ਜਨ ਨਾਨਕ ਨਾਮੁ ਧਿਆਇਆ ॥ |

| Servant Nanak meditates on the Naam, the Name of the Lord, |

| The Perfect Guru has dispelled the fever. |
|
| ਵਾਜੇ ਅਨਹਦ ਤੂਰੇ ॥ |
| vaajae anehadh thoorae || |
| The unstruck melody of the sound current resounds. |
|
| ਸਰਬ ਕਲਿਆਣ ਪ੍ਰਭਿ ਕੀਨੇ ॥ |
| sarab kaliaan prabh keenae || |
| God has bestowed all comforts. |
|
| ਕਰਿ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਆਪਿ ਦੀਨੇ ॥੧॥ |
| kar kirapaa aap dheenae ||1|| |
| In His Mercy, He Himself has given them. ||1|| |
|
| ਬੇਦਨ ਸਤਿਗੁਰਿ ਆਪਿ ਗਵਾਈ ॥ |
| baedhan sathigur aap gavaaee || |
| The True Guru Himself has eradicated the disease. |

| ਸਿਖ ਸੰਤ ਸਭਿ ਸਰਸੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਧਿਆਈ ॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ |

| All the Sikhs and Saints are filled with joy, meditating on the Name of the Lord, Har, Har. ||Pause|| |

| ਜੋ ਮੰਗਹਿ ਸੋ ਲੇਵਹਿ ॥ |
| jo mangehi so laevehi || |
| They obtain that which they ask for. |
|
| ਪ੍ਰਭ ਅਪਣਿਆ ਸੰਤਾ ਦੇਵਹਿ ॥ |
| prabh apaniaa santhaa dhaevehi || |
| God gives to His Saints. |
|
| ਹਰਿ ਗੋਵਿਦੁ ਪ੍ਰਭਿ ਰਾਖਿਆ ॥ |
| har govidh prabh raakhiaa || |
| God saved Hargobind. |
|
| ਜਨ ਨਾਨਕ ਸਾਚੁ ਸੁਭਾਖਿਆ ॥੨॥੬॥੭੦॥ |

| ਮੋਹਿ ਸਿਆਣਪ ਕਛੂ ਨ ਆਵੈ ॥ |
| mohi siaanap kashhoo n aavai || |
| I have no cleverness at all. |
|
| ਹਮ ਬਾਰਿਕ ਤਉ ਸਰਣਾਈ ॥ |
| ham baarik tho saranaaee || |
| I am just a child - I seek Your Protection. |

| ਪ੍ਰਭਿ ਆਪੇ ਪੈਜ ਰਖਾਈ ॥੧॥ |

| The Lord is my King; He is my mother and father. |

| ਕਰਿ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਪਾਲਣ ਲਾਗਾ ਕਰਂੀ ਤੇਰਾ ਕਰਾਇਆ ॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ |
| kar kirapaa prathipaalan laagaa karanaee thaeraa karaaeiaa || rehaao || |
| In Your Mercy, You cherish me; I do whatever You make me do. ||Pause|| |

| The beings and creatures are Your creation. |

| ਜਿ ਕਰਾਵੈ ਸੋ ਕਰਣਾ ॥ |

| Whatever You cause us to do, we do. |

| sabh kaaj hamaaraa hoeiaa || |
| All my affairs are resolved. |
|
| ਪ੍ਰਭ ਚਰਣੀ ਮਨੁ ਲਾਗਾ ॥ |
| prabh charanee man laagaa || |
| His mind is attached to God's feet, |
|
| ਪੂਰਨ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਭਾਗਾ ॥੧॥ |
| pooran jaa kae bhaagaa ||1|| |
| whose destiny is perfect. ||1|| |
|
| ਮਿਲਿ ਸਾਧਸੰਗਿ ਹਰਿ ਧਿਆਇਆ ॥ |
| mil saadhhasang har dhhiaaeiaa || |
| Joining the Saadh Sangat, the Company of the Holy, I meditate on the Lord. |

| ਆਠ ਪਹਰ ਅਰਾਧਿਓ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਮਨ ਚਿੰਦਿਆ ਫਲੁ ਪਾਇਆ ॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ |
| aath pehar araadhhiou har har man chindhiaa fal paaeiaa || rehaao || |
| Twenty-four hours a day, I worship and adore the Lord, Har, Har; I have obtained the fruits of my mind's desires. ||Pause|| |

| ਪਰਾ ਪੂਰਬਲਾ ਅੰਕੁਰੁ ਜਾਗਿਆ ॥ |
| paraa poorabalaa ankur jaagiaa || |
| The seeds of my past actions have sprouted. |
|
| ਰਾਮ ਨਾਮਿ ਮਨੁ ਲਾਗਿਆ ॥ |
| raam naam man laagiaa || |
| My mind is attached to the Lord's Name. |
|
| ਮਨਿ ਤਨਿ ਹਰਿ ਦਰਸਿ ਸਮਾਵੈ ॥ |
| man than har dharas samaavai || |
| My mind and body are absorbed into the Blessed Vision of the Lord's Darshan. |
|

| kaaraj sabh savaariaa || |
| All of my affairs have been resolved. |

| ਮੰਦਾ ਕੋ ਨ ਅਲਾਏ ॥ |
| mandhaa ko n alaaeae || |
| No one speaks ill of me. |
|
| ਸਭ ਜੈ ਜੈ ਕਾਰੁ ਸੁਣਾਏ ॥੧॥ |
| sabh jai jai kaar sunaaeae ||1|| |
| Everyone congratulates me on my victory. ||1|| |

| O Saints, I seek the True Sanctuary of the Lord and Master. |

| jeea janth sabh haathh thisai kai so prabh antharajaamee || rehaao || |
| All beings and creatures are in His hands; He is God, the Inner-knower, the Searcher of hearts. ||Pause|| |

| He has resolved all of my affairs. |

| God has confirmed His innate nature. |

| God's Name is the Purifier of sinners. |
