| Those who repeat the Naam are totally purified. |

| Countless sins are taken away, and the mind becomes immaculate and pure. |

| ਸਗਲ ਮਨੋਰਥ ਪੂਰਨ ਕਾਮ ॥ |

| All the mind's desires are fulfilled, and one's tasks are perfectly accomplished. |

| Our Lord and Master is the Creator, the Cause of causes; no one is turned away from His Door empty-handed. ||1||Pause|| |

| ਰੋਗੀ ਕਾ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਖੰਡਹੁ ਰੋਗੁ ॥ |
| rogee kaa prabh khanddahu rog || |
| God eradicates the disease from the diseased person. |

| ਦੁਖੀਏ ਕਾ ਮਿਟਾਵਹੁ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਸੋਗੁ ॥ |
| dhukheeeae kaa mittaavahu prabh sog || |
| God takes away the sorrows of the suffering. |
|
| ਨਿਥਾਵੇ ਕਉ ਤੁਮ੍ਹ੍ਹ ਥਾਨਿ ਬੈਠਾਵਹੁ ॥ |
| nithhaavae ko thumh thhaan baithaavahu || |
| And those who have no place at all - You seat them upon the place. |

| ਦਾਸ ਅਪਨੇ ਕਉ ਭਗਤੀ ਲਾਵਹੁ ॥੨॥ |
| dhaas apanae ko bhagathee laavahu ||2|| |
| You link Your slave to devotional worship. ||2|| |
|
| ਨਿਮਾਣੇ ਕਉ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਦੇਤੋ ਮਾਨੁ ॥ |
| nimaanae ko prabh dhaetho maan || |
| God bestows honor on the dishonored. |
|
| ਮੂੜ ਮੁਗਧੁ ਹੋਇ ਚਤੁਰ ਸੁਗਿਆਨੁ ॥ |
| moorr mugadhh hoe chathur sugiaan || |
| He makes the foolish and ignorant become clever and wise. |
|
| ਸਗਲ ਭਇਆਨ ਕਾ ਭਉ ਨਸੈ ॥ |
| sagal bhaeiaan kaa bho nasai || |
| The fear of all fear disappears. |
|
| ਜਨ ਅਪਨੇ ਕੈ ਹਰਿ ਮਨਿ ਬਸੈ ॥੩॥ |

| The Lord dwells within the mind of His humble servant. ||3|| |

| The Supreme Lord God is the Treasure of Peace. |

| ਤਤੁ ਗਿਆਨੁ ਹਰਿ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਨਾਮ ॥ |

| The Ambrosial Name of the Lord is the essence of reality. |

| ਕਰਿ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਸੰਤ ਟਹਲੈ ਲਾਏ ॥ |

| Granting His Grace, He enjoins the mortals to serve the Saints. |
