| ਹਉਮੈ ਰੋਗੁ ਗਇਆ ਦੁਖੁ ਲਾਥਾ ਆਪੁ ਆਪੈ ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਖਾਧਾ ॥ |
| houmai rog gaeiaa dhukh laathhaa aap aapai guramath khaadhhaa || |
| The sickness of my ego has been dispelled, and my pain is over and done. Through the Guru's Teachings, my identity has consumed my identical identity. |

| ਚਿੰਤਾ ਰੋਗੁ ਗਈ ਹਉ ਪੀੜਾ ਆਪਿ ਕਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਪਾਲਾ ਜੀਉ ॥੨॥ |
| chinthaa rog gee ho peerraa aap karae prathipaalaa jeeo ||2|| |
| The sickness of anxiety and the disease of ego are cured; He Himself cherishes me. ||2|| |
|
| ਜਨਮ ਮਰਣ ਰੋਗ ਸਭਿ ਨਿਵਾਰੇ ॥ |
| janam maran rog sabh nivaarae || |
| He has erased all the sickness of birth and death. |
|
| ਰੋਗ ਬਿਆਪੇ ਕਰਦੇ ਪਾਪ ॥ |
| rog biaapae karadhae paap || |
| Sickness afflicts those who commit sins; |
|
| ਦੂਖ ਰੋਗ ਬਿਨਸੇ ਭੈ ਭਰਮ ॥ |
| dhookh rog binasae bhai bharam || |
| Sorrow, sickness, fear and doubt depart. |
|
| ਕਹੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਦਿਨੁ ਰੈਨਿ ਧਿਆਵਉ ਮਾਰਿ ਕਾਢੀ ਸਗਲ ਉਪਾਧੇ ॥੪॥ |
| kahu naanak dhin rain dhhiaavo maar kaadtee sagal oupaadhhae ||4|| |
| Says Nanak, meditate on the Lord, day and night, and all your sickness shall be banished. ||4|| |

| ਸਾਧਸੰਗਿ ਹਰਿ ਗੁਣ ਰਮਹੁ ਬਿਨਸੇ ਸਭਿ ਰੋਗ ॥੩॥ |
| saadhhasang har gun ramahu binasae sabh rog ||3|| |
| In the Saadh Sangat, the Company of the Holy, chant the Praises of the Lord, and all your sickness shall vanish. ||3|| |

| ਨਾਨਕ ਅਨਦ ਕਰੇ ਹਰਿ ਜਪਿ ਜਪਿ ਸਗਲੇ ਰੋਗ ਨਿਵਾਰੇ ॥੨॥੧੦॥੧੫॥ |
| naanak anadh karae har jap jap sagalae rog nivaarae ||2||10||15|| |
| Nanak celebrates in bliss; chanting and meditating on the Lord, all sickness has been cured. ||2||10||15|| |

| ਜਨ ਨਾਨਕ ਕਉ ਹਰਿ ਭੇਟੇ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਦੁਖੁ ਹਉਮੈ ਰੋਗੁ ਗਵਾਇਓ ॥੨॥੨॥ |
| jan naanak ko har bhaettae suaamee dhukh houmai rog gavaaeiou ||2||2|| |
| The Lord and Master has met servant Nanak, and the pain of the sickness of egotism has been eliminated. ||2||2|| |

| ਜਪੁ ਤਪ ਸੰਜਮ ਵਰਤ ਕਰੇ ਪੂਜਾ ਮਨਮੁਖ ਰੋਗੁ ਨ ਜਾਈ ॥ |
| jap thap sanjam varath karae poojaa manamukh rog n jaaee || |
| The self-willed manmukh may perform chants, meditations, austere self-discipline, fasts and devotional worship, but his sickness does not go away. |

| ਅੰਤਰਿ ਰੋਗੁ ਮਹਾ ਅਭਿਮਾਨਾ ਦੂਜੈ ਭਾਇ ਖੁਆਈ ॥੨॥ |
| anthar rog mehaa abhimaanaa dhoojai bhaae khuaaee ||2|| |
| Deep within him is the sickness of excessive egotism; in the love of duality he is ruined. ||2|| |

| ਤਾਪ ਸੰਤਾਪ ਸਗਲੇ ਗਏ ਬਿਨਸੇ ਤੇ ਰੋਗ ॥ |
| thaap santhaap sagalae geae binasae thae rog || |
| The fever and sickness are gone, and the diseases are all dispelled. |

| ਰਾਖਿ ਲੀਏ ਤਿਨਿ ਰਖਨਹਾਰਿ ਸਭ ਬਿਆਧਿ ਮਿਟਾਈ ॥ |
| raakh leeeae thin rakhanehaar sabh biaadhh mittaaee || |
| The Savior Lord has saved me, and eradicated all my sickness. |

| ਬਿਖੈ ਬਿਆਧਿ ਕੇ ਗਾਵ ਮਹਿ ਬਾਸੁ ॥ |
| bikhai biaadhh kae gaav mehi baas || |
| I dwell in the village of corruption and sickness. |
|
| ਕਾਹੂ ਰੋਗ ਸੋਗ ਭਰਮੀਜਾ ॥ |
| kaahoo rog sog bharameejaa || |
| Some, in sickness, sorrow and doubt. |
|
| ਗੁਰ ਸੰਤ ਸਭਾ ਦੁਖੁ ਮਿਟੈ ਰੋਗੁ ॥ |
| gur santh sabhaa dhukh mittai rog || |
| Associating with the Saint Guru, suffering and sickness are ended. |
|
| ਰੋਗ ਸੋਗ ਸਭਿ ਮਿਟਿ ਗਏ ਨਿਤ ਨਵਾ ਨਿਰੋਆ ॥ |
| rog sog sabh mitt geae nith navaa niroaa || |
| All sorrows and sicknesses are eradicated, and you become ever-fresh and rejuvenated. |

| ਨਾਉ ਮੰਨਿਐ ਹਉਮੈ ਗਈ ਸਭਿ ਰੋਗ ਗਵਾਇਆ ॥ |
| naao manniai houmai gee sabh rog gavaaeiaa || |
| With faith in the Name, egotism is eradicated, and all sickness is cured. |

| ਤਾਪ ਪਾਪ ਬਿਨਸੇ ਖਿਨ ਭੀਤਰਿ ਭਏ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਲ ਗੁਸਾਈ ॥ |
| thaap paap binasae khin bheethar bheae kirapaal gusaaee || |
| My sicknesses and sins were erased in an instant, when the Lord of the World became merciful. |

| ਸਗਲੇ ਰੋਗ ਦੋਖ ਸਭਿ ਬਿਨਸਹਿ ਅਗਿਆਨੁ ਅੰਧੇਰਾ ਮਨ ਤੇ ਜਾਈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ |
| sagalae rog dhokh sabh binasehi agiaan andhhaeraa man thae jaaee ||1|| rehaao || |
| All sickness and sin shall be erased; your mind shall be rid of the darkness of ignorance. ||1||Pause|| |
