| All pain, disease and suffering is dispelled, meeting the Perfect Guru; sin has been eradicated. ||1||Pause|| |

| ਤੁਠਾ ਸਚਾ ਪਾਤਿਸਾਹੁ ਤਾਪੁ ਗਇਆ ਸੰਸਾਰਾ ॥੧॥ |
| thuthaa sachaa paathisaahu thaap gaeiaa sansaaraa ||1|| |
| When the True King is pleased, the world is rid of its diseases. ||1|| |
|
| ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਹੋਵੈ ਤਾ ਏਕੋ ਜਾਣੈ ਹਉਮੈ ਦੁਖੁ ਨ ਸੰਤਾਪੈ ॥੧॥ |
| guramukh hovai thaa eaeko jaanai houmai dhukh n santhaapai ||1|| |
| But, if he becomes Gurmukh, then he comes to know the One Lord, and the disease of egotism does not afflict him. ||1|| |

| ਹਉਮੈ ਮੇਰਾ ਵਡ ਰੋਗੁ ਹੈ ਵਿਚਹੁ ਠਾਕਿ ਰਹਾਇ ॥੨੧॥ |
| houmai maeraa vadd rog hai vichahu thaak rehaae ||21|| |
| Egotism and self-conceit are terrible diseases; tranquility and stillness come from within. ||21|| |
|
| ਰੋਗ ਰੂਪ ਮਾਇਆ ਨ ਬਿਆਪੈ ॥੪॥ |
| rog roop maaeiaa n biaapai ||4|| |
| is not touched or affected by Maya, the embodiment of disease. ||4|| |
|
| ਹਉਮੈ ਮਾਇਆ ਰੋਗਿ ਵਿਆਪੇ ਮਰਿ ਜਨਮਹਿ ਦੁਖੁ ਹੋਈ ਰਾਮ ॥ |
| houmai maaeiaa rog viaapae mar janamehi dhukh hoee raam || |
| They are afflicted with the diseases of egotism and Maya, and they suffer the pains of death and rebirth. |
|
| ਹਉਮੈ ਰੋਗੁ ਗਇਆ ਭਉ ਭਾਗਾ ਸਹਜੇ ਸਹਜਿ ਮਿਲਾਇਆ ॥ |
| houmai rog gaeiaa bho bhaagaa sehajae sehaj milaaeiaa || |
| The disease of egotism is gone, fear has left, and I am absorbed in celestial peace. |
|
| ਹਉਮੈ ਪੀਰ ਗਈ ਸੁਖੁ ਪਾਇਆ ਆਰੋਗਤ ਭਏ ਸਰੀਰਾ ॥ |
| houmai peer gee sukh paaeiaa aarogath bheae sareeraa || |
| The pain of egotism is gone, and I have found peace; my body has become healthy and free of disease. |
|
| ਦੂਖ ਨ ਭੂਖ ਨ ਰੋਗੁ ਨ ਬਿਆਪੈ ਸੁਖ ਸਾਗਰ ਸਰਣੀ ਪਾਏ ॥ |
| dhookh n bhookh n rog n biaapai sukh saagar saranee paaeae || |
| Neither pain, nor hunger, nor disease afflicts me. I have found the Sanctuary of the Lord, the ocean of peace. |
|
| ਮਿਠਾ ਕਰਿ ਕੈ ਖਾਇਆ ਬਹੁ ਸਾਦਹੁ ਵਧਿਆ ਰੋਗੁ ॥ |
| mithaa kar kai khaaeiaa bahu saadhahu vadhhiaa rog || |
| She finds it sweet, and eats it up; her excessive sensuality only makes her disease worse. |
|
| ਰਾਮ ਨਾਮੁ ਰਸੁ ਰਾਮ ਰਸਾਇਣੁ ਹਰਿ ਸੇਵਹੁ ਸੰਤ ਜਨਹੁ ॥ |
| raam naam ras raam rasaaein har saevahu santh janahu || |
| The Name of the Lord is the medicine to cure all diseases; so serve the Lord, O humble Saints. |

| ਤਹ ਦੂਖ ਨ ਭੂਖ ਨ ਰੋਗੁ ਬਿਆਪੈ ਚਰਨ ਕਮਲ ਲਿਵ ਲਾਈਐ ॥ |
| theh dhookh n bhookh n rog biaapai charan kamal liv laaeeai || |
| There, neither pain nor hunger nor disease will afflict you; enshrine love for the Lord's Lotus Feet. |

| ਰੋਗ ਗਏ ਸਗਲੇ ਸੁਖ ਪਾਏ ॥੧॥ |
| rog geae sagalae sukh paaeae ||1|| |
| Disease is gone, and I have found total peace. ||1|| |
|
| ਰੋਗੁ ਗਇਆ ਪ੍ਰਭਿ ਆਪਿ ਗਵਾਇਆ ॥ |
| rog gaeiaa prabh aap gavaaeiaa || |
| The disease is gone; God Himself took it away. |
|
| ਤਾਪ ਸੰਤਾਪ ਸਗਲੇ ਗਏ ਬਿਨਸੇ ਤੇ ਰੋਗ ॥ |
| thaap santhaap sagalae geae binasae thae rog || |
| The fever and sickness are gone, and the diseases are all dispelled. |
|
| ਸਰਬ ਸੁਖਾ ਤੇਰੀ ਮੰਡਲੀ ਤੇਰਾ ਮਨੁ ਤਨੁ ਆਰੋਗ ॥ |
| sarab sukhaa thaeree manddalee thaeraa man than aarog || |
| All joys have entered your world, and your mind and body are free of disease. |
|
| ਅਉਖਧੁ ਹਰਿ ਕਾ ਨਾਮੁ ਹੈ ਜਿਤੁ ਰੋਗੁ ਨ ਵਿਆਪੈ ॥ |
| aoukhadhh har kaa naam hai jith rog n viaapai || |
| The Name of the Lord is the medicine to cure all disease; with it, no disease afflicts me. |
|
| ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਆਰਾਧੀਐ ਹੋਈਐ ਆਰੋਗ ॥ |
| har har har aaraadhheeai hoeeai aarog || |
| Worship and adore the Lord, Har, Har, Har, and you shall be free of disease. |
|
| ਰਾਮਚੰਦ ਕੀ ਲਸਟਿਕਾ ਜਿਨਿ ਮਾਰਿਆ ਰੋਗੁ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ |
| raamachandh kee lasattikaa jin maariaa rog ||1|| rehaao || |
| This is the Lord's healing rod, which eradicates all disease. ||1||Pause|| |
|
| ਤਾਪ ਪਾਪ ਸਭਿ ਮਿਟੇ ਰੋਗ ਸੀਤਲ ਮਨੁ ਭਇਆ ॥੧॥ |
| thaap paap sabh mittae rog seethal man bhaeiaa ||1|| |
| Fevers, sins and all diseases are eradicated, and my mind is cooled and soothed. ||1|| |
|
| ਰੋਗੁ ਮਿਟਾਇਆ ਆਪਿ ਪ੍ਰਭਿ ਉਪਜਿਆ ਸੁਖੁ ਸਾਂਤਿ ॥ |

| God Himself eradicated the disease; peace and tranquility have welled up. |
|
| ਰੋਗ ਮਿਟਾਇ ਜੀਵਾਲਿਅਨੁ ਜਾ ਕਾ ਵਡ ਪਰਤਾਪੁ ॥੧॥ |

| He dispelled my disease, and rejuvenated me; His glorious radiance is so great! ||1|| |

| ਗਈ ਬਿਆਧਿ ਉਪਾਧਿ ਸਭ ਨਾਸੀ ਅੰਗੀਕਾਰੁ ਕੀਓ ਕਰਤਾਰਿ ॥ |
| gee biaadhh oupaadhh sabh naasee angeekaar keeou karathaar || |
| The disease is gone, and all misfortunes have been averted; the Creator Lord has made me His own. |

| ਜਪਿ ਜਪਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਤੁਮ੍ਹ੍ਹਾਰੋ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਮ ਤਨ ਤੇ ਰੋਗ ਖਏ ॥੧॥ |
| jap jap naam thumhaaro preetham than thae rog kheae ||1|| |
| Chanting, meditating on Your Name, O my Beloved, disease is eradicated from my body. ||1|| |
|
| ਤਹ ਰੋਗ ਸੋਗ ਨ ਦੂਖੁ ਬਿਆਪੈ ਜਨਮ ਮਰਣੁ ਨ ਤਾਹਾ ॥ |

| Disease, sorrow and suffering do not afflict anyone there; there is no birth or death there. |
|
| ਜਿਨ ਕੈ ਹਿਰਦੈ ਹਰਿ ਵਸੈ ਹਉਮੈ ਰੋਗੁ ਗਵਾਇ ॥ |
| jin kai hiradhai har vasai houmai rog gavaae || |
| One whose heart is filled with the Lord, is freed of egotism and disease. |
|
| ਹਉਮੈ ਰੋਗੁ ਕਮਾਵਣਾ ਅਤਿ ਦੀਰਘੁ ਬਹੁ ਸੁਆਉ ॥ |
| houmai rog kamaavanaa ath dheeragh bahu suaao || |
| earns the very painful disease of egotism; he is so very selfish. |
|
| ਜਨਮ ਮਰਣ ਸਭ ਮਿਟੀ ਉਪਾਧਿ ॥ |
| janam maran sabh mittee oupaadhh || |
| All the painful diseases of birth and death have been eradicated. |
|
| ਆਵਤ ਹਰਖ ਨ ਜਾਵਤ ਦੂਖਾ ਨਹ ਬਿਆਪੈ ਮਨ ਰੋਗਨੀ ॥ |
| aavath harakh n jaavath dhookhaa neh biaapai man roganee || |
| Coming does not please me, and going does not bring me pain, and so my mind is not afflicted by disease. |

| ਮੋਹੁ ਸੋਗੁ ਰੋਗੁ ਲੋਗੁ ਨ ਬਿਆਪੈ ਤਹ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਰਸ ਭੋਗਨੀ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ |
| mohu sog rog log n biaapai theh har har har ras bhoganee ||1|| rehaao || |
| Attachment, sorrow, disease and public opinion do not affect me, and so, I enjoy the subtle essence of the Lord, Har, Har, Har. ||1||Pause|| |

| ਸਾਧਸੰਗਿ ਬੈਸਿ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਵਹਿ ਤਹ ਰੋਗ ਸੋਗ ਨਹੀ ਜਨਮ ਮਰਨ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ |
| saadhhasang bais gun gaavehi theh rog sog nehee janam maran ||1|| rehaao || |
| The Saadh Sangat, the Company of the Holy, sits and sings the Glorious Praises of the Lord. There is no disease or sorrow there, no birth or death. ||1||Pause|| |

| ਕਬਹੂ ਨ ਬਿਆਪੈ ਹਉਮੈ ਰੋਗੁ ॥੧॥ |

| The disease of ego never afflicts me. ||1|| |

| ਤਾ ਕਾ ਰੋਗੁ ਸਗਲ ਮਿਟਿ ਜਾਇ ॥੩॥ |
| thaa kaa rog sagal mitt jaae ||3|| |
| - all his diseases are eradicated. ||3|| |

| ਅਸਾਧ ਰੋਗੁ ਉਪਜਿਆ ਸੰਤ ਦੂਖਨਿ ਦੇਹ ਬਿਨਾਸੀ ਮਹਾ ਖਇਆ ॥੩॥ |
| asaadhh rog oupajiaa santh dhookhan dhaeh binaasee mehaa khaeiaa ||3|| |
| You have contracted an incurable disease; slandering the Saints, your body is wasting away; you are utterly ruined. ||3|| |
|
| ਹਉਮੈ ਮਮਤਾ ਰੋਗੁ ਨ ਲਾਗੈ ॥ |
| houmai mamathaa rog n laagai || |
| The diseases of egotism and possessiveness do not afflict |
|
| ਤੀਰਥਿ ਭਰਮਸਿ ਬਿਆਧਿ ਨ ਜਾਵੈ ॥ |
| theerathh bharamas biaadhh n jaavai || |
| and wandering around at places of pilgrimage, the disease is not taken away. |
|
| ਹਉਮੈ ਰੋਗੁ ਮਹਾ ਦੁਖੁ ਲਾਗਾ ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਲੇਵਹੁ ਰੋਗੁ ਗਇਆ ॥੬॥ |
| houmai rog mehaa dhukh laagaa guramath laevahu rog gaeiaa ||6|| |
| You suffer great pain from the disease of egotism. Following the Guru's Teachings, you shall be rid of this disease. ||6|| |
|
| ਇਹੁ ਜਗਤੁ ਮਿਟੀ ਕਾ ਪੁਤਲਾ ਜੋਗੀ ਇਸੁ ਮਹਿ ਰੋਗੁ ਵਡਾ ਤ੍ਰਿਸਨਾ ਮਾਇਆ ॥ |
| eihu jagath mittee kaa puthalaa jogee eis mehi rog vaddaa thrisanaa maaeiaa || |
| This world is a puppet of clay, Yogi; the terrible disease, the desire for Maya is in it. |
|
| ਅਨੇਕ ਜਤਨ ਭੇਖ ਕਰੇ ਜੋਗੀ ਰੋਗੁ ਨ ਜਾਇ ਗਵਾਇਆ ॥੯॥ |
| anaek jathan bhaekh karae jogee rog n jaae gavaaeiaa ||9|| |
| Making all sorts of efforts, and wearing religious robes, Yogi, this disease cannot be cured. ||9|| |
|
| ਏਹ ਤਿਸਨਾ ਵਡਾ ਰੋਗੁ ਲਗਾ ਮਰਣੁ ਮਨਹੁ ਵਿਸਾਰਿਆ ॥ |
| eaeh thisanaa vaddaa rog lagaa maran manahu visaariaa || |
| They contract this terrible disease of desire, and in their minds, they forget about dying. |
|
| ਆਵਣਿ ਜਾਣਿ ਵਿਗੁਚੀਐ ਦੁਬਿਧਾ ਵਿਆਪੈ ਰੋਗੁ ॥ |
| aavan jaan vigucheeai dhubidhhaa viaapai rog || |
| Coming and going, one is ruined, afflicted with the disease of dual-mindedness. |
|
| ਸੰਤ ਜਨਾ ਕੈ ਸੰਗਿ ਹਉਮੈ ਰੋਗੁ ਜਾਇ ॥ |
| santh janaa kai sang houmai rog jaae || |
| Associating with the humble Saints, the disease of egotism is eradicated. |
|
| ਰੋਗੁ ਸੋਗੁ ਦੁਖੁ ਵੰਞੈ ਜਿਸੁ ਨਾਉ ਮਨਿ ਵਸੈ ॥ |
| rog sog dhukh vannjai jis naao man vasai || |
| Disease, sorrow and pain run away, when the Name dwells within the mind. |

| ਪੰਚ ਦੋਖ ਅਸਾਧ ਨਗਰ ਮਹਿ ਇਕੁ ਖਿਨੁ ਪਲੁ ਦੂਰਿ ਕਰੇ ॥੨॥ |
| panch dhokh asaadhh nagar mehi eik khin pal dhoor karae ||2|| |
| In a moment, in an instant, the Lord rids him of the five incurable diseases of the body-village. ||2|| |
|
| ਜਮ ਕੀ ਤ੍ਰਾਸ ਮਿਟੀ ਸੁਖੁ ਪਾਇਆ ਨਿਕਸੀ ਹਉਮੈ ਪੀਰ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ |
| jam kee thraas mittee sukh paaeiaa nikasee houmai peer ||1|| rehaao || |
| has the fear of death removed; peace is found, and the disease of egotism is taken away. ||1||Pause|| |

| ਅਸਾਧ ਰੋਗੁ ਉਪਜਿਓ ਤਨ ਭੀਤਰਿ ਟਰਤ ਨ ਕਾਹੂ ਟਾਰਿਓ ॥ |
| asaadhh rog oupajiou than bheethar ttarath n kaahoo ttaariou || |
| The incurable disease has arisen in your body; it cannot be removed or overcome. |
|
| ਗੀਤ ਸਾਦ ਚਾਖੇ ਸੁਣੇ ਬਾਦ ਸਾਦ ਤਨਿ ਰੋਗੁ ॥ |
| geeth saadh chaakhae sunae baadh saadh than rog || |
| He hears the songs and tastes the flavors, but these flavors are useless and insipid, and bring only disease to the body. |

| ਇਕਿ ਸੋਗੀ ਇਕਿ ਰੋਗਿ ਵਿਆਪੇ ॥ |

| Some are sad, and some are afflicted with disease. |
|
| ਸਭਿ ਰੋਗ ਗਵਾਏ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਰਸੁ ਪਾਏ ॥ |

| all diseases are eradicated, and one is blessed with the Ambrosial Nectar. |
