| ਮੇਰੀ ਬੇਦਨ ਹਰਿ ਗੁਰੁ ਪੂਰਾ ਜਾਣੈ ॥ |

| ਨਾਮੁ ਨਿਧਾਨੁ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਸੁਣਾਇਆ ਮਿਟਿ ਗਏ ਸਗਲੇ ਰੋਗਾ ਜੀਉ ॥੨॥ |
| naam nidhhaan sathiguroo sunaaeiaa mitt geae sagalae rogaa jeeo ||2|| |
| The True Guru has inspired me to hear the Treasure of the Naam; all my illness has been dispelled. ||2|| |
|
| ਜਨਮ ਜਨਮ ਕਾ ਰੋਗੁ ਗਵਾਇਆ ॥ |
| janam janam kaa rog gavaaeiaa || |
| is rid of the illnesses of countless lifetimes and incarnations. |
|
| ਪਰਮੇਸਰ ਤੇ ਭੁਲਿਆਂ ਵਿਆਪਨਿ ਸਭੇ ਰੋਗ ॥ |
| paramaesar thae bhuliaaan viaapan sabhae rog || |
| Forgetting the Transcendent Lord, all sorts of illnesses are contracted. |

| ਹਉਮੈ ਰੋਗੁ ਗਇਆ ਸੁਖੁ ਪਾਇਆ ਧਨੁ ਧੰਨੁ ਗੁਰੂ ਹਰਿ ਰਾਇਆ ॥੧॥ |
| houmai rog gaeiaa sukh paaeiaa dhhan dhhann guroo har raaeiaa ||1|| |
| The illness of egotism is gone, and I have found peace. Blessed, blessed is the Guru, the Sovereign Lord King. ||1|| |
|
| ਮੂਲੁ ਬਿਆਧੀ ਬਿਆਪਸਿ ਲੋਭਾ ॥੧॥ |
| mool biaadhhee biaapas lobhaa ||1|| |
| The source of this illness which torments us is greed. ||1|| |
|
| ਰੋਗ ਸੋਗ ਸਭਿ ਦੋਖ ਬਿਨਸਹਿ ਜਪਤ ਨਾਮੁ ਮੁਰਾਰੀ ॥ |
| rog sog sabh dhokh binasehi japath naam muraaree || |
| All illnesses, sufferings and pains are dispelled, by chanting the Name of the Lord. |

| ਨਾਨਕ ਤਉ ਫਿਰਿ ਦੂਖ ਨ ਥੀਆ ॥੪੫॥ |
| naanak tho fir dhookh n thheeaa ||45|| |
| then, O Nanak, one does not suffer illness again. ||45|| |
|
| ਰੋਗੁ ਨ ਬਿਆਪੈ ਤੀਨੌ ਤਾਪ ॥੨॥ |
| rog n biaapai theena thaap ||2|| |
| he no longer suffers from illness and the three fevers. ||2|| |
|
| ਰੋਗ ਸੋਗ ਸਭ ਦੂਖ ਬਿਨਾਸੇ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਕੀ ਸਰਣਾਈ ॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ |
| rog sog sabh dhookh binaasae sathigur kee saranaaee || rehaao || |
| All illness, sorrows and sufferings are dispelled, in the Sanctuary of the True Guru. ||Pause|| |

| ਅੰਤਰਿ ਮਮਤਾ ਰੋਗੁ ਲਗਾਨਾ ਹਉਮੈ ਅਹੰਕਾਰੁ ਵਧਾਇਆ ॥ |
| anthar mamathaa rog lagaanaa houmai ahankaar vadhhaaeiaa || |
| Their minds were afflicted with the illness of egotism, and their self-conceit and arrogance increased. |
|
| ਸੋ ਗੁਰੂ ਸੋ ਸਿਖੁ ਕਥੀਅਲੇ ਸੋ ਵੈਦੁ ਜਿ ਜਾਣੈ ਰੋਗੀ ॥ |
| so guroo so sikh kathheealae so vaidh j jaanai rogee || |
| He alone is said to be a Guru, he alone is said to be a Sikh, and he alone is said to be a physician, who knows the patient's illness. |

| ਵੰਞੈ ਰੋਗਾ ਘਾਣਿ ਹਰਿ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਇਐ ॥ |
| vannjai rogaa ghaan har gun gaaeiai || |
| Multitudes of illnesses vanish, singing the Glorious Praises of the Lord. |
|
| ਗੁਰ ਕੇ ਚਰਨ ਰਿਦੈ ਪਰਵੇਸਾ ॥ |
| rog sog sabh dhookh binaasae outharae sagal kalaesaa ||1|| rehaao || |
| and all illness, sorrow and pain shall be dispelled; all suffering shall come to an end. ||1||Pause|| |
|
| ਸਗਲ ਕਲੇਸ ਮਿਟਹਿ ਇਸੁ ਤਨ ਤੇ ਮਨ ਚਿੰਦਿਆ ਫਲੁ ਪਾਈਐ ॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ |
| sagal kalaes mittehi eis than thae man chindhiaa fal paaeeai || rehaao || |
| All illness shall depart from this body, and you shall obtain the fruits of your mind's desires. ||Pause|| |

| ਪੰਚ ਦੋਖ ਅਰੁ ਅਹੰ ਰੋਗ ਇਹ ਤਨ ਤੇ ਸਗਲ ਦੂਰਿ ਕੀਨ ॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ |
| panch dhokh ar ahan rog eih than thae sagal dhoor keen || rehaao || |
| He has totally banished the five evils and the illness of egotism from my body. ||Pause|| |

| ਜਾਲਿ ਨ ਸਾਕਹਿ ਤੀਨੇ ਤਾਪ ॥੩॥ |
| jaal n saakehi theenae thaap ||3|| |
| The three types of illness cannot consume it. ||3|| |
|
| ਸਭ ਰੋਗ ਮਿਟਾਵੇ ਨਵਾ ਨਿਰੋਆ ॥ |
| sabh rog mittaavae navaa niroaa || |
| He has eradicated all illness, and healed me. |
|
| ਹਉਮੈ ਮੇਰਾ ਵਡ ਰੋਗੁ ਹੈ ਵਿਚਹੁ ਠਾਕਿ ਰਹਾਇ ॥੨੧॥ |
| houmai maeraa vadd rog hai vichahu thaak rehaae ||21|| |
| Egotism and self-conceit are terrible diseases; tranquility and stillness come from within. ||21|| |
|
| ਗੁਰਿ ਪੂਰੈ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰੀ ਕਾਟਿਆ ਦੁਖੁ ਰੋਗੁ ॥ |
| gur poorai kirapaa karee kaattiaa dhukh rog || |
| The Perfect Guru has shown mercy to me, and eradicated my pains and illnesses. |

| ਅਉਖਧ ਕੋਟਿ ਸਿਮਰਿ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ॥ |
| aoukhadhh kott simar gobindh || |
| Meditation on the Lord of the Universe is the medicine to cure millions of illnesses. |
|
| ਰੋਗ ਸੋਗ ਮਿਟੇ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਧਿਆਏ ॥ |
| rog sog mittae prabh dhhiaaeae || |
| Illnesses and pains are dispelled, meditating on God. |
|
| ਨਿੰਦਕ ਕੈ ਮੁਖਿ ਕੀਨੋ ਰੋਗੁ ॥ |
| nindhak kai mukh keeno rog || |
| He puts illness into the mouths of the slanderers. |
|
| ਦੂਖੁ ਗਇਆ ਸਭੁ ਰੋਗੁ ਗਇਆ ॥ |
| dhookh gaeiaa sabh rog gaeiaa || |
| Pain is gone, and all illness is gone. |
|
| ਰਾਮ ਨਾਮੁ ਜਪਿ ਸਦਾ ਸੁਹੇਲੇ ਸਗਲ ਬਿਨਾਸੇ ਰੋਗ ਕੂਰਾ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ |
| raam naam jap sadhaa suhaelae sagal binaasae rog kooraa ||1|| rehaao || |
| Chanting the Lord's Name, I am always at peace; all my illness and fraud is dispelled. ||1||Pause|| |

| ਦੂਖ ਰੋਗ ਸੰਤਾਪ ਉਤਰੇ ਸੁਣੀ ਸਚੀ ਬਾਣੀ ॥ |
| dhookh rog santhaap outharae sunee sachee baanee || |
| Pain, illness and suffering have departed, listening to the True Bani. |

| ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੋ ਮੰਤ੍ਰੁ ਦ੍ਰਿੜਾਇਦਾ ਕਟੇ ਹਉਮੈ ਰੋਗੁ ॥ |
| har naamo manthra dhrirraaeidhaa kattae houmai rog || |
| He implants the Mantra of the Lord's Name, and eradicates the illness of egotism. |

| ਸੁੰਨ ਸਹਜ ਮਹਿ ਬੁਨਤ ਹਮਾਰੀ ॥੧॥ |
| sunn sehaj mehi bunath hamaaree ||1|| |
| My weaving now is in the most profound celestial stillness. ||1|| |
|
| ਹਉਮੈ ਰੋਗੁ ਕਠਿਨ ਤਨਿ ਪੀਰਾ ॥ |
| houmai rog kathin than peeraa || |
| The body is afflicted with the terribly painful illness of egotism. |
|
| ਕਰਿ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਗੁਰਿ ਰੋਗੁ ਗਵਾਇਆ ॥੩॥ |
| kar kirapaa gur rog gavaaeiaa ||3|| |
| Granting His Grace, the Guru has cured the illness. ||3|| |
|
| ਸਰਬ ਸਿਧਿ ਕਾਰਜ ਸਭਿ ਸਵਰੇ ਅਹੰ ਰੋਗ ਸਗਲ ਹੀ ਖਇਆ ॥ |
| sarab sidhh kaaraj sabh savarae ahan rog sagal hee khaeiaa || |
| I have attained total perfection, and all my works are perfectly completed; the illness of egotism has been totally eradicated. |

| ਐਸਾ ਦਾਰੂ ਲੋੜਿ ਲਹੁ ਜਿਤੁ ਵੰਞੈ ਰੋਗਾ ਘਾਣਿ ॥ |
| aisaa dhaaroo lorr lahu jith vannjai rogaa ghaan || |
| Prescribe such a remedy, by which all sorts of illnesses may be cured. |
|
| ਨਿਰਧਨ ਭਯੰ ਧਨਵੰਤਹ ਰੋਗੀਅੰ ਰੋਗ ਖੰਡਨਹ ॥ |
| niradhhan bhayan dhhanavantheh rogeean rog khanddaneh || |
| He makes the poor rich, and cures the illnesses of the ill. |
|
| ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾ ਕਰੰਤ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਗੋਪਾਲਹ ਸਗਲ੍ਯ੍ਯੰ ਰੋਗ ਖੰਡਣਹ ॥ |
| kirapaa karanth gobindh gopaaleh sagalyan rog khanddaneh || |
| When the Lord of the Universe grants His Grace, all illnesses are cured. |
|
| ਕਬੀਰ ਗੁਰੁ ਲਾਗਾ ਤਬ ਜਾਨੀਐ ਮਿਟੈ ਮੋਹੁ ਤਨ ਤਾਪ ॥ |
| kabeer gur laagaa thab jaaneeai mittai mohu than thaap || |
| Kabeer, one is known to have been touched by the Guru, only when his emotional attachment and physical illnesses are eradicated. |

| ਜੋਬਨ ਬੀਤਿ ਜਰਾ ਰੋਗਿ ਗ੍ਰਸਿਓ ਜਮਦੂਤਨ ਡੰਨੁ ਮਿਰਤੁ ਮਰਿਓ ਹੈ ॥ |
| joban beeth jaraa rog grasiou jamadhoothan ddann mirath mariou hai || |
| His youth passes away, the illnesses of old age seize him, and the Messenger of Death punishes him; such is the death he dies. |

| ਕਲਿਪ ਤਰੁ ਰੋਗ ਬਿਦਾਰੁ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਤਾਪ ਨਿਵਾਰੁ ਆਤਮਾ ਤ੍ਰਿਬਿਧਿ ਤੇਰੈ ਏਕ ਲਿਵ ਤਾਰ ॥ |
| kalip thar rog bidhaar sansaar thaap nivaar aathamaa thribidhh thaerai eaek liv thaar || |
| Like the Elyisan Tree, You cure all illnesses and take away the sufferings of the world. The three-phased soul is lovingly attuned to You alone. |

| ਤਿਨ ਕੀ ਦੁਖ ਭੁਖ ਹਉਮੈ ਵਡਾ ਰੋਗੁ ਗਇਆ ਨਿਰਦੋਖ ਭਏ ਲਿਵ ਲਾਇ ॥ |
| thin kee dhukh bhukh houmai vaddaa rog gaeiaa niradhokh bheae liv laae || |
| They are rid of pain, hunger, and the great illness of egotism; lovingly attuned to the Lord, they become free of pain. |
|
| ਜਿਸ ਨੋ ਵਿਸਰੈ ਮੇਰਾ ਰਾਮ ਸਨੇਹੀ ਤਿਸੁ ਲਾਖ ਬੇਦਨ ਜਣੁ ਆਈ ॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ |
| jis no visarai maeraa raam sanaehee this laakh baedhan jan aaee || rehaao || |
| But one who forgets my Dear Lord - know him to be afflicted with tens of thousands of illnesses. ||Pause|| |

| ਅਉਖਧ ਮੰਤ੍ਰ ਤੰਤ੍ਰ ਪਰ ਦੁਖ ਹਰ ਸਰਬ ਰੋਗ ਖੰਡਣ ਗੁਣਕਾਰੀ ॥ |
| aoukhadhh manthr thanthr par dhukh har sarab rog khanddan gunakaaree || |
| The Medicine, the Mantra, the Magic Charm, will cure all illnesses and totally take away all pain. |
